When Glasserie opened, it felt like a breath of fresh air on the dining scene. The food had soul, tasted fresh, colorful, and obviously mighty delicious. I love it when a chef can translate their childhood, their home into food. Though I’m pretty sad that Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson (aka Withorwithoutanh) aren’t cooking at Glasserie anymore, I’m also very excited to see where they go next.
